BulkFileChanger is a free and portable application with one simple task: to modify the attributes of a file or a list of files.

The app functions with any type of file visible to the Windows operating system, and with that, you can change the time and date attributes of any file.

In the main interface of BulkFileChanger, you're presented with several points of data in a list view; this includes time and date modified, created time, accessed time, file size, attributes and the file extension.

You can select a list of files or a single file, right-click and access a number of options. The program can also create HTML file lists.
